The CIA is actively involved in the election process of practically every nation on earth and we think the Russians are the only ones doing it?
The Russians/Soviets have been “interfering” with US elections through the dissemination of information and disinformation for at least 70 years.
That they did so, or attempted to do so, in 2016 is HARDLY scandal.
Short of information warfare (legitimate, even by US standards...hell, we INVENTED and PERFECTED it), there is absolutely nothing to this story.
