Already saw the Trump bashing media in Miami cover this. Same media refused to report ATTORNEY GENERAL ERIC HOLDER was held in contempt of Congress.

Absolutely the right move. This is a lynching, the risk for accidental perjury is huge. They will go over every letter with a fine tooth comb and if he mixed up anything the perjury trap is set then it’s on.

I wouldn’t even do that. A lib judge might say he waived his right to the 5th amendment by testifying. They shouldn’t..but they might.

Yes, she did. The main difference is when a Democrat invokes the 5th, the media assumes innocence and report accordingly. When a Republican invokes the 5th, the media assumes and reports guilt.
