This just looks like more grandstanding by Comey.....(no doubt he’s been lawyered up)..... Furthermore I have zero confidence this will do anything more than create further confusions and questions.......which IS the obvious ‘agenda’ of the left we’ve watched for months now........BECAUSE...it’s all still a distraction and cover from all that Hillary and her cohorts have done.
As I see it the Republican party is more than willing to throw Trump under the bus than Hillary and the miles and miles of people she’s been paying off for years....from the press to political people....and all the crimes she’s most guilty of.
If they keep Trump front and center then she remains protected, along with news pundits etc.
Goofy reasoning. He cannot “grandstand.” He can answer three questions that will doom him and/or clear Trump.
There is only one answer he can give that would hurt Trump:
“Did you have a conversation that led you to believe DJT was trying to obstruct justice?”
Now he’s screwed. If he says “Yes,” he has to produce the memo, which is proof of his own criminality. He goes to jail. Trump meanwhile would say “No, that’s not what I meant.” Impossible to prove, certainly too flimsy to do anything with. Trump is free.
If he says “No,” Trump is once again declared free and innocent.
Comey is totally screwed.
