They will anyway. The GOP owns health care now. When Obamacare collapses, then they own it because it happened on their watch. When Trumpcare fails to live up to all the promises made, then they own it because they're the ones who made all the promises. The Democrats will happily wash their hands of all of this.

I concur something like this is in order. Make the repeal effective 10/1/17.
So there would be time to get a replacement AND the Rats would have to play.
