I have reviewed a big bunch of articles without finding anything about the perp’s background or origins, beyond a reference that he was living 7 miles from the home of the murdered girl. If this scumbag is not American, they sure work hard to obscure the fact. IF somehow he happens to have citizenship, they sure don’t want people to know anything about him.
