Why not?

It’s not as if Hillary has been graceful the entire time.

I can’t think of any other Presidential candidate that loss, and then stayed in the public eye and tried to stir up a coup against the newly elected President.

Because Trump’s base is still with him anyway, and it is more of a diversion that won’t win him any more supporters from the middle.

Better for Trump and his administration to focus on getting the legislation and appointments they need, unless there is something to be prosecuted—and then it should be prosecuted.

Those with some sympathy for Hillary will only have more for her having a private conversation at an incredibly stressful moment released just to rub in her loss. It is graceless.
