Comey has dirt on him. He served on the board of a bank (can’t remember it’s name at the moment) that was caught laundering dirty money big time. I think he counts on the uniparty to protect him from prosecution.

HSBC was the bank. Also he prosecuted Martha Stewart in a case that involved actual purjury from an FBI agent.
