Kims been on very shaky ground regarding his rise to leader of N.Korea among the people. Which is why he resorted to terror and killings about 3 yrs. ago.....
One of ‘his’ greatest desires, apart from being recognized as a nuclear state.....is acknowledgment that he is the rightful heir and Leader of N.Korea 'by' International Leaders....He's had none visit his country and no public visitations.
.... That's why he's taking hostages now.....he knows once a deal is made for their release we will send dignitaries to pick them up....which Kim will field as a show of power to his people that he can bring the USA leadership to heel. Just like his father did with Clintons visit to escort hostages out.
See how they portrayed it as an Official Presidential Visit rather than picking up the hostages to take them safely out. Kims conditions and we met them....
