I’ll never forget it. I was 15 in high school. I was at my locker when a friend came running up telling me the president had been shot. I didn’t realize until I got home that afternoon that he was dead. That whole weekend was horrible. No one could function, the country in a deep sadness.....longest 4 days of my life. I don’t care what party you’re in or your political leanings, I wouldn’t wish a presidential assassination on my worst enemy! BTW, I think Oswald acted alone. The gooberment can’t face the fact that a nobody could bring down the most powerful man in the world and they’ve never left it alone but I must say I’m still puzzled by the “magic bullet”. Who knows?.........sigh
Not only the “magic bullet” (that somwhow hit Connolly -and- JFK such that it would’ve had to have made turns that defied the laws of physics),
but
they showed a pic of a dented ammo, saying it was from Oswald’s rifle.
The problem with that pic is, any ammo when fired, will leave the casing (”brass”) near the shooter, while the bullet (”lead”) ends up downrange.
