Once I pulled the pin on my emergency services training, I basically stopped researching, buying and testing things like this tool (I knew in my heart that I had reached the point - physically - where I was as likely to inhibit a search or rescue than ensure its success, thus I reluctantly but adamantly bowed out). I have a couple of things I keep in the car that this might be able to replace in a more compact and comprehensive manner.
I mostly remember Choate for the folding stocks that many of us installed on 10/22 rifles back in the '80's; I haven't thought about them for some time.

Yep - I still have a few of Choate's early products around here - the Zytel letter opener/dagger marked "Choate Tool Corp" sits in my pencil drawer at work. I think it was called the "Stinger".
One of the early mail-order companies to sell Choate products was L.L. Baston Co., also out of Arkansas like Choate. I used to enjoy getting their catalogues.
