Trump was the first Republican to win Pennsylvania since 1980. To maintain control any chicanery in Philly must be minimized.Agreed. But does it make any difference which Democrat wins the job? They are all crooked in Philadelphis so why does Soros care?

Good question. Krasner is the most extreme of the DA candidates and is a good example of how Dems can cherry pick minor elections to achieve great power.
