I was able to get a sense of what the last ACHA did, but this is a rush job of just epic proportions.
I wonder if Betsy McCoughey has read it.

She seems ecstatic over this bill (or did, recently, on FoxBiz).
Isn’t there supposed to be a three day posting of the bill, for folks to read, prior to passing?
