We'd all be better off if "changes" fail and we get a clean "repeal". That is what we were promised. "Repeal", and then we can talk about "Replace".

The term "repeal & replace" was used consistently during the campaign. That is what could actually pass. A straight repeal would never pass—not with President Trump in the Oval Office—because of the GOPe "moderates" in the House. You know that.

So that's where the rubber meets the road.

This is one "baby step" in the right direction. President Trump likes to win, and he knows he won't win unless this process results to a positive solution for the American People.

There are many #NeverTrumpers—and doubting Thomases— who are seriously underestimating this President's passion and desire to win.

They will be disappointed as President Trump actually works tirelessly to make America great again, not with window-dressing, but with bona fide winning solutions.

Mark my words.

This bill neither repeals nor replaces ACA, it amends ACA.

Have you read the new bill? I haven't. I've looked and it does not seem to be posted anywhere. How can I advise my representative if I don't know the context in which I'm being represented. We should just trust them blindly? We've seen how poorly that works out. The republicans chastised the democrats for passing a bill they had not, could not, have even read. And now years later ... they do the same?

I give Trump the benefit of the doubt and am happy to trust his intentions. But we are not talking about Trump today. We are talking about the House refusing to bring a true "REPEAL" bill out of conference, one which has in prior form been passed SIX times by republicans, I believe UNANIMOUSLY. Now that they have control of the Senate, and a President who would sign it, NOW they play games and claim it would never pass? PROVE IT !!! Why won't they pass a bill that has been passed six times before and see what the Senate does with it. Let the republican Senators who need to be primaried be outed. Doesn't hurt to try, right.

They won't; because they are lying to us. And that is where the rubber meets the road. We are being lied to again.
