Interesting. Maybe I should give that Physical Therapist a second chance. Trouble with her, she never let me rest during the entire hour. I left there exhausted and I was sore for 3 days afterward. In fact, I wanted to return to the doctor to have my back "put back in place."

After my first session with the therapist, my abdominal muscles were sore, but by the third session they were toned up nicely.
