Talking about a “cult of personality” is an ad hominem attack on Trump supporters.

In my defense I say first, I think you have to Concede that I was provoked, and second, it is not I who photo shopped images of Donald Trump astride the globe garbed in a Superman costume. His has been an ad hominem campaign from the very beginning. Indeed the whole rationalization for the Donald Trump phenomenon has been his personality.

Re Cult of Personality. Humans always fall for this. We relate to people differently. Those who think Trump is a god are foolish.

However, re Trump, a lot of people here just went with what he was SAYING. He was saying freedom and Constitution things that APPARENTLY were not allowed to be said any more. A lot of people didn’t gravitate to his brash personality, but went with what he was saying, hoping he could deliver.

Me, I went with both. My dad was like him and I know a lot of people (NY Jewish origin) who talk like him. I surmised that this kind of personality MIGHT BE ABLE to get us out of the tyranny the American people are trapped in. Still betting on it, but it will be very difficult.
