Why are some people acting like the continuing resolution had no money for the wall and that since Trump didn’t get money now it would never be built?

I’ve noticed since the Trump era, that many articles here are not what they used to be. I came here for the truth and getting information I could not get from the MSM. FR used to provide that for me. Now I have to thread thru the articles and even the responses and now I’m not sure I get the truth anymore. Way too many schitzco’s now. But I’m trying.
They got a down payment on the wall in the bill....but of course the press didn’t share that....
The average citizen couldn’t even tell you what a press briefing is.
