What ridiculous nitpicking. In addition to putting up new wall in many places, the plan has always encompassed repairing and upgrading existing wall as well.

You missed the press briefing, too?? Why comment when you can’t master the basics of tuning in the facts and tuning out the Croozers and the left wing media version of events?
You need to do some serious homework of your own on the facts surrounding how great projects are determined and built where there are already properties and structures positioned. Get some understanding of how things are built then you will know why things get done the way they do.
