How can the wall be worked on in the next 4 months, if there is no money in the budget for funding the work?
There are funds in the budget for replacing and/or repairing the wall. Chain link is being replaced as we speak with 20 foot walls that you can see through.

They are replacing existing fence with tall steel see thru wall. They have money also to begin the wall process by buying land, etc.

Becuase they were given a down payment to start it in this bill that just passed....if people really wanted to know they wouldn’t have a knee jerk reaction every time the MSM spins this stuff.
