Democrats believe they have set the stage to block President Trumps legislative priorities for years to come by winning major concessions in a spending bill to keep the government open.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) secured nearly $5 billion in new domestic spending by exploiting disagreements between President Trump and GOP lawmakers over spending priorities.
Democrats lopsided victory on the five-month deal, which is likely to be approved this week, means it will be very difficult if not impossible for the GOP to exert its will in future budget negotiations, including when it comes to Trumps 2018 budget blueprint.

This is so sadly true.
Maybe eventually, vigilante justice will be “the law”.
You’re right. Just like all the illegals didn’t just show up overnight; it will take years of a steady flow out for it to correct itself.
Hopefully the illegals will get to the point they would rather self deport so they can come back later rather that wait to get a traffic ticket, get on the radar, then deported and told if they come back it’s an automatic year in prison and goes up from there. I want to believe most the illegals did come here for a better life but should not have come without permission which is as much our fault as it is their for being so lenient about it for so long.
States like California is where the biggest problems are due to their extremely high illegal population. Gotta get rid of that dang anchor baby loophole too.

Why the hell did i vote republican?
The problem is baseline budgeting.
What do you mean?
A continuing resolution needs 60 senate votes, and is just left over from obamas 2017 budget (had he done his job of a full budget we would not even have a continuing resolution)
In September only 50 senate votes are needed.
And Trump got somethings he wanted in this continuing resolution.
How is that not winning?
