MKUltra was run by the CIA from 1953 to 1973. What did Reagan have to do with it?
He got pretty excited when Trump mentioned the Blacks for Trump sign. I remember seeing him stand and do an excited “Yes” fist pump.
In a good way, not the BLM/black power way.
