Well, I’m 100% sure that part of the wall will be built on the first term. Building a wall is not very hard and not very expensive. Making it the centerpiece of the platform was a stroke of genius.

‘Build the Wall’ was the cornerstone of Trump’s campaign, and if it doesn’t get done OR is seen to be not having been done, which is how it will be portrayed, it IS “read my lips” all over again.
Trump has the power to make it happen. Otherwise he’s just been stared down by the not enough power Chuck Schumer.
