Why is a footprint from that birth cert showing up on a clip art website?

It looks to me like someone was looking for a footprint image to put into clip art and cribbed the one in the Kenyan BC!

This is the low-resolution image that was cribbed to clip art, not the other way around, IMO. There are high-resolution images of this BC with a footprint image that was NOT cribbed, so the appearance of a low resolution image in clip art would not prove the Coast Province BC to be a forgery.

Because 'Miss Juanita Holt', copied it from an image, and uploaded it.

Look at image. Notice the dark pixels around the image? They are also on BC image. They are what appear to be photocopy artifacts.

Are the two the same? Yes. But it appears MUCH more likely that the clipart was taken from the BC, and not the other way around. I'm going to take a look at wayback and see when the clipart was added.
