At this point NONE of the parties are functioning as the people want.....but to vote in local elections you have to be registered to a party here.....Conservatives haven’t done anymore than the others IMO....they’ve all become obstructionists as far as I’m concerned.

They BOTH function as they want to function...That is to say, whatever it takes to benefit themselves...
