Good point; deserves its own thread.

Does the person filing the complaint have to live in the same state as the judge?

How can this process get started, what are the steps (I guess it would be a lawsuit).

Don’t know who/whom has standing to place lawsuits on the 700 or one judge as is necessary. Is this simply a Congressional matter that Congress is failing to act upon? If is as I suspect and is a Congressional matter then we can call it the 535 problem?
