This is WHY, since our nation began, people have been suspicious of those who have absolutely NO experience with any type of government experience...with some exceptions for generals; none of whom, except for Washington ( though he DID have dealings with the Congressional Congress,prior to America being a nation ), were much good at being president.
What I find shocking, is the fact that through the years, Trump has been interested in politics, but he NEVER seems to know much about it! All N.Y. state schools had the same syllabus, when he and I were in grammar school. Since I learned much of what I know, back then, about politics, especially in the 5th, 7th, and 8th grade, I'm now wondering if he has a lousy memory or slept through those grades. Also, private high schools, in most states, did ( and some still do! ) a GREAT job, starting with having to know and understand the Constitution, backwards and forward, back then and also we got a belly full of THE FEDERALIST PAPERS and the ANTI ones too.
Trump; also needs to learn HOW to break knees in Congress and get our supposed side on board with him.
He may well have not been paying attention in school! Remember by age 13, his parents sent him off to military school because he was getting to be too much for them to handle. This does sometimes happen with very intelligent boys.
My take is that he isn’t all that familiar with the Constitution and would greatly benefit from a strict constructionist crash course, asap.
This is one very intelligent man. But he’s not God. He needs lots of help, but not from the likes of Gary Cohn, Dina Powell, McMaster, etc. These creatures came on board on the advice and recommendation of the Prince and Princess.
He took an oath to support and defend the Constitution, not to “obey” illegal rulings by usurping activist judges. He took the wrong path with his response to the judges blocking his immigration EO, and now has set a precedent for honoring their illegal usurpation.
It truly is one big, fat, hot mess.
