Even if they were to catch these thugs and if they All plead Guilty, they would ALL BE FREE within 48 hours. California’s AB109, Prop 47, and prop 57 have made mischief like this an infraction with virtually NO PUNISHMENT!
I don’t thing strong arm robbery and assault/battery fall within that...
