Turks aren’t Arab, either. They’re partly descended from pastoral tribes of Central Asia, ultimately originating in Southern Siberia.
Most countries have mixed origin of citizens.
The connections within the Ottoman empire would have certainly given that. Ataturk was a mixture. Have read he had light skin and blue eyes, not common characteristics.
Egypt has similar mixture. Again, not generally Arab in origin.
