This situation has sort of popped up after Hannity was talking about another situation a week or so ago. He'd heard many rumors that some of his private communications had been swept up in all surveillance attributed to the Obama administration.
He said that DeGenova and Jay Sekulow had agreed to represent him if the rumors proved true and had in any way been illegally surveilled.
