The fact that the meeting is scheduled on Wednesday and that they are making arrangements to brief the House as well to be briefed by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and General Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff tells me that there will not be any surprise attack by the US or a military response. That's what I'm thinking. 1500 EST is 0400 in Korea. Any strikes would occur during O Dark Thirty.
