But they don’t. Not even close to those 5 cent Hershey bars of the 1960s that I remember. And now they will just be smaller.

As long as our Hershey bars still taste like our childhood dreams, we’re cool. But they don’t.

One of the great things about springtime in our area is that grocery stores carry Coca-Cola from Mexico for the kosher-observing families at Passover. Mexican coke is made with real sugar, not corn syrup, and tastes like the Cokes of our childhoods in the 50s.

Some of the small hispanic food markets carry Coke from Mexico all year round.
