I kind of like stevia. I put it in ice tea, and it collects on the bottom the way sugar does...:)

I’ll try making some ice cream with it next time I do that.

Then you already know about using it sparingly. Mrs. dweller made some mashed sweet potatoes once and added WAY too much. Blecch! I haven't used it on cold things but it does dissolve readily in hot liquids.
