Oh, yeah- there are tons of STUPID people who will remain in the hole that is N.O. until they take their last breath-but I don’t know any. I have no family left in Orleans parish-and none who would ever go back. Born and raised there I cannot understand the affection/addiction some have.
Yup. I knew folks that would rather be unemployed than take a job opportunity guaranteed someplace else. Don’t understand that mind set.
