Is that ceramic tile, can’t remember it’s name, that looks like wood on your floor?
That’s what youngest daughter has and I love it, shows NO dirt.
Yeah, that’s it exactly. It’s funny, when we went to look at tile at Home Depot, they had more wood looking tile than the typical kind.
We have Hickory in the sunroom. And it’s a pain to keep clean! I can scrub the tile all I want, and hides dirt well, and will last forever. Of course wood would too, if you take care of it. I apparently don’t know how to take care of it though! It always looks dirty and I’m afraid to clean it too thoroughly.
We put in this expense of grout that are supposed to be stain resistant. Because it’s the grout that always looks horrible when we put tile down. And so far keeps up to its name. Everything I have spilled on it mops right up. But time will tell – it usually takes a couple years for my grout to start looking grungy in the high traffic areas.
