I would really like to hear why Trump has not Repealed DACA on day one as promised. Did he mean when he said it. I think he did.

As you probably know, the President can't "repeal" anything. He can only veto.

The President can “repeal” DACA because it was the result of an EO. He could just issue another EO ending the program, something I would not advocate now.
