Actually, the illegals who commit identify theft to get on an American payroll will end up having FICA (6.2%) and Medicare (1.45%) deducted from their paycheck whether they like it or not, but they can play with the W-4 to not have any income taxes deducted from the same paycheck, so they end up paying the 7.65% and have the employer match that 7.65%, but if they don't compound the identity theft and file an income tax return, they won't be able to claim any refund or credit such as Earned Income or Child ......
And if these illegals are not having federal income tax withheld because of how they filled out the federal return, what makes anybody think they are having state income taxes withheld?
Of course, I don't have answers to all of those questions, because I do not work for the federal government, so I do not possess the hubris needed to calculate exactly what I don't know to the 4th decimal place. Well, either a federal government employee, or a host on MSNBC.....
