All due to the environment of mistreatment of passengers that started after 9/11.
We now tolerate grandmas and little babies being groped and fondled.
Not to mention the airlines increasing the number of rows on airplanes to the point when the passenge in front pushes back his/her seat, their face lands on your chest. And we put up with that! Shame on us!
