He who exercises no forethought but makes light of his opponents is sure to be captured by them. Sun Tzu
I will bet you that most of these libs have played first person shooter games for years. They will cap your ass in a second. Of course they can’t clean or service the gun, but they are detached from reality; they have been shot a thousand times and never had any consequences other than starting the game over again.
I hope that if you ever need help by the side of the road that the bikers pass you by. Clearly you heart couldn’t take it if they stopped to help.
Stig,
Good point.
Now, what would the writer of the SHTF site think about the antiwar protests of the 60’s, if he were writing then?
We were near the breaking point then also ...
Brexit isn’t done yet.
Rules should be known.
Safer that way.
How do the mid-sixties protests compare to the current protests?
The BLM hate America but they’re too afraid to go back to Africa. They need to pick a country and shut up.
P4L
Tinker v. Des Moines.
Then why won’t anyone elaborate on what the rules are?
When, may I ask?
“I hope that if you ever need help by the side of the road that the bikers pass you by. Clearly you heart couldnt take it if they stopped to help.”
Do you lump the gangsters in with your ‘bikers’?
Hell, there are divisions within regions....the 2nd Congressional district of Maine, 80% of the state and the largest congressional district in area East of the Mississippi, has a much different culture than most of Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Second Amendment country and Trump country.
Are you implying that murder, prostitution and child pornography show respect to your fellow man?
Pretty close to "the golden rule" that Jesus guy was so big on.
A nation divided cannot stand.............we will be all one or all the other.
That statement has become more real to me in our current time. They were once just words in a history book.
Not everyone in California is liberal and in Maine where I live, and where we apportion our electoral votes, the 2nd congressional district....80% of the state...went for Trump.
I hate to say it took my 50 years to discover Thomas Sowell.
He called all of this. He’s published dozens of books, but there are a couple that are short reads and will change the way conservatives look at everything.
Race and Economics is a big one, and then there is Wealth, Poverty, and Politics.
Here’s the bottom line:
It’s about culture.
Take Japanese and Mexicans in the US from 1880 to 1980. The Japanese were interred, and most of their capital assets taken from them. Mexicans were left, basically, to their own devices by comparison.
The Japanese, per capita, in the US is among the wealthiest ethnic group in the United States.
The difference is culture. Avg. Mexican female has children at age 18. Contrast that to age 26 for Japanese.
All of this is a battle over culture, not politics.
Which takes us to Allahu Akbar. Most mistranslated phrase in the media.
It doesn’t mean “God is great”. It means, “Our god is greater than your God”, as in the Christian God, Vishnu, whatever.
Our culture is greater than your culture.
As such, there may be prejudice in the US, genuine racism. However, there is also quite a bit of legitimate push back and even hostility toward the cultures of various ‘minority’ groups.
I don’t get down with the idea of impregnating as many women as I want and walk away from the responsibility of raising their children. That is a black thing, and they have to own it.
Killing people who don’t subscribe to your religious beliefs is something I’m not down with. Neither is lopping off the clitori of their women. It’s a legitimate beef I have with their culture.
American works, or worked, because you left that crap behind and got down with the culture created here in the US, which was hard work wins.
These two books put a completely new light on race, prejudice, and how the right should be addressing this in the media. If we can all agree genital mutilation and illegitimacy are generally bad for everyone, there is progress to be made.
Can’t even talk about it. Race hustlers have made hopelessness an industry.
When he dies, and he’s 86, he’ll be the last adult.
And the sanctuary city thing is something Trump can reverse in a single prime time broadcast if he wanted to, along the lines of Thomas Sowell.
Colorado won’t leave. The fed has them by the short and curlies. 1/3 of Colorado’s economy is fed.
