In the case of a strike, programs like The Late Show, Full Frontal, The Daily Show and SNL, that have voiced some of the toughest criticisms of President Donald Trump on national television, would face an immediate blackout, according to WGA-West executive director David Young. **Yawn.**
I do not, nor have I ever, thought it funny when "comedians" vie with each other to say the meanest, most foul things about conservative politicians. These people will not be missed. Maybe they can be replaced with a genuinely funny line-up, where the so-called humor does not consist of lying and bullying.

Actually, given the *ahem* quality of television we see today, it appears as tho’ any legitimate writers went on strike a long time ago.

SNL was funny for about two seasons back in the mid 70s.
