My optometrist told me she sees more kids crying because they CAN’T have glasses (don’t need them) than the reverse. Surprising to me, but evidently wearing glasses has somehow become “cool” just like being a tranny has. Some parents tell them “that’s OK, we’ll get you a pair of fake glasses instead”, which is catering to the same BS theory that these tranny-encourager parents embrace.
Kids need direction not buddying. If you’re a girl you can wear your hair however you wish and play sports, dress as you feel comfortable. But you are still and always will be...a girl. A young female with two X chromosomes.

Reminds me of one of my daughters. She had a new friend, who wore glasses. Pretty soon, she started complaining she was having trouble seeing the blackboard. Had her eyes checked. I think she deliberately faked the far vision part. Optometrist said, she almost doesn’t need these, but just has a little trouble with distance. So, we bought the glasses. They got broken or lost or something, got her the free replacement pair. Lost those, too. That was the end of that. Never had any trouble seeing again, til about forty years old. Kids get ideas in their head. Grade school and up, they want whatever their peers want (even if they really don’t). That’s why it’s so important that parents act as filters for their kids. You are what you eat, read, watch and hear. Kids today are exposed to every kind of trash there is. It’s really dangerous out there. Home school. Even then, some of the world’s garbage will touch them, but not as bad as if they’re spend 12 plus hours a day with it.
