Yeah, I would normal agree but she did have a weapon in this case - notice the glove on her hand. The guy could have certainly detained or pushed her instead of punching, which would have been more appropriate. However, with a gun, knife, club or brass knuckle.... that rule goes by the wayside until the combatant is disarmed.
Key note to everyone though, the guy in the video is admittedly reformed through writings of the KKK and identifies as a white supremacist. He is certainly not someone worth defending. Leftists fighting Leftists is what I see here, lol.
