Notice his family isn’t asking for a dime. In fact, they said if you see a “GoFundMe” in his name, that it’s a fake.
They’re pretty much all scams. My car is broke down. GoFundMe, here I come.

Better than that, she gave a tv interview to a local CA news channel where she basically makes the dindonuffin defense and says all she got was a sctratch. Now, that’s hardly a concussion, as is claimed in the gofundme page. Find that video link to that interview and you really have a fraud claim
Not just fraud, she is asking for money so she can continue her campaign of illegal harassment and physical attacks. That has got to be against the Terms of Use.
If I were here, I wouldn’t show my face after this. Especially since this incident unmasked her porn page. Yep, she’s a star now.

Well, if she’s only scamming libs, my give a dang meter isn’t reacting much.
I’ve created a helpful guide for anyone who wants to file this complaint quickly and efficiently. You can do exactly as I have done and copy-paste my entry or use this as a reference to reword what I’ve said. Feel free to add anything that I may have missed or could’ve used.
At the page where you file the complaint, I selected “I am an individual concerned about this campaign,” “The campaign violates GoFundMe’s Terms and Conditions,” and “Campaign includes factually incorrect information” (yet all three of the options are arugably relevant here)—respectfully.
For the part that prompts you to explain your relationship to the campaign, I wrote “This is libelous fraud. I’m a concerned citizen advocating the fair use of Gofundme and reporting.”
Below is what I chose to put into paragraphs. I hope it suffices as a way to get the point across to GoFundMe without having to write a Master’s thesis:
These drop-down menus cannot adequately represent all of what’s going on simultaneously with this campaign. Below I summarize:
Firstly, this campaign has completely altered its description since gaining a large amount of online attention due to its fraudulent origins. The original campaign caption read “ANTIFA girl hospitalized by Nazis!” If Louise Rosealma did sustain any injuries requiring hospitalization (which in and of itself is highly unlikely given the great amount of evidence we now have easily accessible to us) they are most assuredly nowhere within range of a $45 k bill. Given the suspicious circumstances of such an exorbitant donations goal in light of her supposed need for paying hospital bills, at the very least she should be required to submit evidence that her bills are anywhere near this amount.
Secondly, Rosealma is now subject to criminal investigation for her acts of violence. One of her Facebook posts on her way to the Berkley event openly and clearly states her intentions for both instigating and engaging in violent acts. A conglomeration of many multiple video evidence sources clearly show Rosealma engaging the crowd with weaponized glass bottles FILLED WITH POTENTIALLY LETHAL EXPLOSIVES.
Thirdly, in addition to violating your terms of service, this campaign is libelous. Rosealma greatly inflates her account of defensive force enacted upon her by lying that she was kneed to the face, smashed in the head by a rock, punched on the bridge of the nose until bleeding, etc.—events which clearly and unilaterally NOT supported in any way whatsoever by all video evidence to-date. Much of her account of what happened in the grossly disingenuous CBS report is expressly false. She lies and needs to be held accountable for her dishonesty and for the consequences of her criminal actions.
Lastly, as someone who has received donations for medical treatment of a serious condition during the most desperate time of my life, I am nothing short of appalled to see such blatant abuse of such a valuable resource that I personally am so thankful for. Although perhaps warranted, I did not ask for even $10 k, despite hospital bills being much higher. This woman does not have a life-threatening condition requiring lifelong care and management—let alone any warranted treatment for injuries she may have sustained. The evidence overwhelmingly suggests that the vast majority of her claimed injuries sustained by this riot are blatantly fabricated and outright fictitious. This is an egregious abuse of your terms of service AT THE VERY LEAST.
Louise Rosealma is engaged in fraud on your platform, plain-and-simple. As a currently reputable entity, Gofundme ought to remove this campaign immediately and subsequently rescind all donations promptly.
I hope this is helpful to some. We need as many people getting on GoFundMe to report this before these goons can collect any of the illegitimate funds and there can be any hope of rescinding the donations to those who gave to this fraudulent and libelous campaign.
