DACA isn’t even a law. It is a “policy”. Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is an American immigration policy decreed by the Obama administration in June 2012.
It is self-limiting protection by its terms: two years. The open borders crowd may not like it, but Obama and his policies have been rejected by the electorate.
I have noticed in the news articles that the DACAs (I refuse to use the euphemism “dreamers”) picked up have screwed themselves by committing crimes, often DUI, so no sympathy here.
Removing them is in accordance with the policy of our current president who has promised to protect the American public from resident foreign threats by prioritizing their removal, along with serious threats like Mexican and central American felons.
Removal, not deportation, because they have no right to be here other than Zero’s royal decree which violated federal immigration law.
President Trump is trying to be fair to “children” here illegally—some facing middle age—who relied on Obama’s decree, and of course the left takes that as weakness. That’s their mistake, or their state of mind not in accord with the facts, the law or politics.
“Dreamer” = Nightmare.
Deport them ALL!
