During his arrest, Muhammad shouted "Allahu Akbar," but Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said the shootings had "nothing to do with terrorism in spite of the statement he made."
"In spite of the fact that the suspect's religion teaches that white people are white devils, terrorism had nothing to do with his motive," said Fresno Police Chief Jerry "the Liar" Dyer.
