My compassionate advice to you is to try not to let a simple questionnaire get under your skin as this one quite obviously has done. Perhaps it will help you in controlling your indignation to know that the more vicious the personal attack against the messenger the more naked and defenseless the attacker. Try to understand that you really have nothing to fear from questions derived from such an impeccable source-it is only the answers or ignorance which can harm you.
