Well, if we’re supposed to be unsure as to whether it’s just a racial motive, or just a religious motive, I guess there is no proven motive. /S
Isn’t that a typical defense? Get the jury to think that there may be reasonable doubt about your guy by pointing the finger at a bunch of others?
