Of course you are right and that is why all the girls serve together.
No man would want them in their combat unit simply because they would be unable to perform at the same level as another man meaning they would endanger the lives of all the other men when the shtf.

The medic should treat the wounds. You can’t seriously be worried about this non-issue.
