A few years ago I was on a United Express flight from Billings to Salt Lake. The plane was half full so I changed my seat, doors closed and just before leaving the gate. The sour puss nasty flight attendant practically had a cow that I did. Scrooge United.
United has treated customers like SLF (self loading freight) for a long time, I avoid flying commercial and definitely avoid United.
