It’s interesting. I googled the average weight of an airplane and came up with this link:

At any rate, if they tell me I gotta move from seat A to seat Z or the plane won’t get off the ground, I’d be getting off anyway. And, as I said, I’d look at a diet plan - I don’t want to cause 100-ton aircraft to crash.....!
