This likely marks the end of the Turkish Republic, and the birth of an islamist despotis regime. Turkey turns from the West.

Turkey turns from the West.

To where? Fascist Russia? Death to America Iran? China?

Most likely a supplicant Europe (Germany) will continue to patronize Erdoganist Turkey. Those folks have never met an authoritarian islamic regime they couldn’t do business with.

It should also signal the end of Turkey’s membership in NATO.

Two things stand out from this to me. One is that Turkey is the gateway between the middle east and Europe. This gives it much power.

The other is the people of Turkey remember their history whereas we aren’t even taught it in school like it should be. Perhaps the Turks see the slow degradation of homosexuality, gender confusion, and transgenderism as something they don’t want to tolerate in their country so they are given two impossible choices. Turn toward a dictatorship and the old ways and away from Westernizing or embrace/allow the disease of leftism into their national collective.

Neither is a good choice. At least this way they retain their identity and can at a later time loosen the tight grip of Islam again. There doesn’t seem to be any way of coming back from the degenerate leftist transition so far. Brexit and voting in President Trump have been the two closest things to date.

.......”This likely marks the end of the Turkish Republic, and the birth of an islamist despotis regime.”......

Without question....Erdogan’s dream and aspirations have been to bring in the Caliphate with himself as the New Sultan.....this is a huge win for him to see this realized....at the very least he will certainly be emboldened to bring it about.

It is also why he erected this gigantic palace monstrocity for himself....

Bad enough the ROPers are so violent, but they’re retrograde. Think of the efforts over the centuries to eliminate religious governments and dictators and now these numbskulls freely vote for both.

“Turkey turns from the West”

Rubbish.

Turkey has never been part of the West.

It was bound to happen. Also bound to happen: international recognition of the Armenian genocide and Kurdistan independence.

Does this mean we can kick them out of NATO?

Biblical prophesy continues to line up. I believe the return of our Lord Jesus Christ is sooner than we realize.

“Turkey turns from the West”

It can’t be surprising that they turned from the west. The west is terminally sick. It’s dying of its own hand and its own dementia.

I work with a Turkish national. He told me tonight that one of his relatives worked at a polling station in Turkey during the vote. He said he spoke to his relative who told him there were 321 registered voters in the precint and 421counted votes. He said ergodon definitely rigged it

Erdogan is a criminal. Probably more communist than muslim. I doubt he even respects the muzzie religion if thats what you call it.He and his son Bilal will take Turkey back decades and make a terror state of it pilfering it for all they can and then retiring somewhere safe.Sound familiar?

Turkey turns from the West.

As sad as the results of the vote are - it is the west, specifically Europe, that has repeatedly given Turkey the cold shoulder. Instead of embracing the efforts that Turkey made to become more "European", they were continually rebuffed - not even the betrayal of the US during the 2nd Gulf War was sufficient to court enough favor with the EU.

It was only a matter of time before an Erdogan could rise and reverse the course that Turkey followed.

They denied the Armenian holocaust during that whole period. They never were a real republic.

Let’s put it this way: Islam can NEVER be trusted to completely sit in the background.

And as such, it is likely to rear its ugly head in full-blown form at times.
