So the republicans are polling at 12% and 15%, Ossoff is polling “only” at 39%, yet his hopes to win are ‘fading’? Hmmm. Okay.

He needs 50%+1 to win it outright. If he doesn't get that, there is a runoff between the top vote-getters of each party. Clearly, 60% right now prefer one Republican or another and that means the Republican will have an edge in the runoff.

This is a jungle primary. The top two candidates can be in the same party, but it looks like it’s going to be Ossoff and Handel.

Not quite, per an earlier article. The top two vote getters, regardless of party, go on to the runoff.

Actually, I think the run-off will be between the top two vote-getters, regardless of party.
